I am writing to inform you that according to the changes which have been
taken place regarding our internal policies concerning the cap of issued
guarantee cheque's amount (AED 50,000,000) and considering the bilateral
the agreement which has been concluded between the two companies and the
issued guarantee cheque for the amount of AED 469,000,000, you are
kindly requested to order the related department for making arrangements
regarding receiving the guarantee cheque and provide us with substitute
cheques for the total amount of AED 469,000,000 exercising the rule of
the indicated cap of each cheque amount.
