For your kind information we need the invoice just for our bank formalities. They ask us to insert an HS Code relevant to petrochemical material in every invoice enabling them to transfer the amount without any problem, so we need a fake invoice just for bank formalities.

So please issue the following documents :

1- A letter in ASL letter head to IPMI Commercial manager(Mr. Mehhaj) specifying that this amount is relevant to notary cost with your new bank account information(attached information please) signed and stamped.

2- A fake invoice in the attached format with the mentioned information.

Please send them as soon as possible.

Monte dei Paschi Bank confirms that they can delete the place of jurisdiction MILAN but it is not possible (as per international rule) leave without a date the expiry of the bonds .

So we are obliged to fix a sure date but we confirm that if it is necessary before the expiry date of the bond , if necessary, we can ask to our Bank to extend it for necessary more months .

We have estimated now that the delivery could be , at least , during February 2020 but we should like to close this order before the end of this year .

So please refer to the final guarantee texts with deleted place (Milan) and specifying the expiry date of APG & PBG based on contract , delivery time and guarantee period.Please confirm.
