Regarding the PI issued by KPRC, since the producers General terms and Condition has been incorporated by reference into the PI, I need to see their GTC to put any strange condition into our issued PI.
Regarding the Contract, kindly find attached draft contract which has been prepared specifically for LPG products and please comment .
Regarding the PI issued by HMS , please note that we should related the PI to the contract and it must be issued by HMS Dubai, not Iran . kindly note that the PI’s terms of payment is different with what we discussed on the phone conversation.

You are kindly requested to take them into your kind consideration and provide us with a final version of the agreement which makes us able to proceed with concluding the contract between the related parties.
