Iranian brokers and their networks of front companies dominate Iran’s Petrochemical Exports paving way for corruption Information obtained from the servers of the “Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Commercial Company” (PGPICC) reveals its dependence on mostly unknown large-scale Iranian broker networks working worldwide as well as the well-hidden identities of its sanction-evading front companies. As mentioned before in formal U.S. Treasury statements, a large portion of Iran's exports of petrochemicals are made by networks of front companies, carrying unsuspecting names. These companies (as set forth in the table below), are owned and managed by Iranian nationals, well connected to the regime. It is easily noticeable that the names of the workers of such companies are of Iranian origin, thereby validating their true nature. One prominent example, as was put forth in our recent article is "Triliance Petrochemical Co. LTD" a name used by U.S. authorities to identify a network owned and managed by Ali Bayandarian. Reportedly, his network sells Iranian oil and petrochemicals by the billions, providing the Islamic Regime with efficient sanctions-evading capabilities. WikiIran's team has managed to identify the main companies used by networks other than Bayandarian’s, to pay PGPICC in exchange for its petrochemicals. We believe It is highly probable that these companies also constitute the networks themselves.
