A French company, Dart Aviation Technics, has been operating under various aliases, including Almo Aero, Marlbrine Investment LDA, Dart Aviation Malbrine S.A.R.L and MBP Trading Ltd to supply spare aviation parts to Caspian Airlines. The US considering listing them on its SDN sanctions list in 2019, but Dart Aviation has continued to knowingly supply Caspian Airlines, which was accused of shipping militants and arms across the Middle East. tur1 tur1

An invoice from Dart Aviation, dated January 2022, to Caspian Airline (“Khazar Parvaz Caspian”). The document in the database reveal that the company used three Europe-based bank accounts to receive payment from Caspian Airlines, including accounts in in France, Belgium and Spain. Dart Aviation, along with other foreign procurement agents, serve as a lifeline (or a "life vest"), for Caspian Airlines ongoing arms proliferation efforts in the middle east.
