Parviz Fattah, the former head of the Mostazafan Foundation, is a prominent and well-connected official in the Islamic Republic of Iran, with strong ties to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The 63-year-old politician has had a long and storied career, marked by his unwavering service to the regime and its interests.

Fattah's loyalty has earned him numerous designations from countries around the world, including the US, the EU, Australia and Japan. His extensive resume includes roles such as Minister of Energy under Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, head of the IRGC construction conglomerate Khatam Al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters, and leadership roles at the IRGC Cooperative Foundation (Bonyad e-Ta’avon Sepah), Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and Mostazafan Foundation (Bonyad e-Mostazafan). Following his departure as head of the Mostazafan Foundation, Fattah was appointed by Khamenei to head the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), another vast economic conglomerate. According to the US Treasury, Fattah has strong ties to the IRGC's Quds Force (IRGC-QF), and was even approached by former QF commander, Qasem Soleimani, for secure financing for the Fatemiyoun Brigade, an IRGC-QF led militia composed of Afghan fighters. Leaked documents from the Mostazafan Foundation show that the organization has engaged in joint venture abroad, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In a one incident, Fattah's Entourage traveled to the UAE on a business trip, and their passports were obtained. pl1 pl1 Parviz Fattah’s passport, used for his travels abroad as well as his travel itinerary to the UAE
