In order to increase the security of our trustee financial matters we added Ambika d/o Ramachandran our only local employee in PCC Singapore office to be the second director. We asked her to sign the trusteeship agreement too. Please find attached file. The first bank account for this company was opened in 2019, though it was difficult to open an account for a low profile petrochemicals trading company in Singapore we managed to open with two more banks. All banking transactions are signed jointly by the two directors named above. I will send the monthly bank statements of this trustee company in the Indian bank, Maybank and UOB since date of opening by a separate email.
