The name of company is Jia Yin Trading Pte Ltd which means GOOD NEWS in English. The company was registered by our lawyer Mallal & Namazie and he appointed one of his employee Madam Zhang Xueying to be the sole shareholder and director. The necessary trusteeship agreement and resolution for the transfer of the share which was prepared by the lawyer in accordance with PCC legal department was signed by her and witness by the lawyer. Please find attached file. In order to increase the security of our trustee financial matters we added Ambika d/o Ramachandran our only local employee in PCC Singapore office to be the second director. We asked her to sign the trusteeship agreement too. Please find attached file. The first bank account for this company was opened in 2019, though it was difficult to open an account for a low profile petrochemicals trading company in Singapore we managed to open with two more banks. All banking transactions are signed jointly by the two directors named above. I will send the monthly bank statements of this trustee company in the Indian bank, Maybank and UOB since date of opening by a separate email.
